Amos Livne is an expert in raising and nurturing chicken and meat and dairy sheep. Having owned a sheep and chicken farm for over 30 years, Amos has extensive experience in the field. He introduced the South African Dorper sheep breed into Israel by developing a hybrid with a local breed and became an industry innovator and leader. Livne served as the manager of the dairy farm in Kibbutz Ein Harod for many years and led it to remarkable achievements. Amos’ techniques for poultry farming as well as establishing olives groves and almond orchards have become a model for growers nationwide.
Currently Amos consults nationally and internationally on growing livestock farms of small and medium sizes by using his knowledge and experience to lower costs while increasing and improving production. Amos Livne earned his B.A. in Animal Sciences at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Faculty of Agriculture.

Dr. Hagai Avivi is a veterinary doctor, specializing in ruminants. He has a private practice since 2004. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, he was a large farm animal veterinarian at R.O.F.E, a private-ly held veterinarian practice company. Between 1993 and 1995 he was research assistant at the Entomology Department at the Faculty of Agriculture, Hebrew university.  A member in The Israeli Veterinary Medicine Association, Mr. Aviv obtained his D.V.M (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) from the University of  Veterinary  Medicine in Kosice, Slovakia. He is also a graduate of the Department of Animal Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he obtained his B.Sc.
